These couldn't be easier or quicker or more delicious! No baking is involved so these can't go wrong.. They are perfect for a snack to get that sweet fix without having all the refined sugars!
- Blend into a paste and layer in tin put in the fridge:
- 75g Cashew nuts
- 165g Dates
- 90g Raw coconut
- 2 tbsp cacao
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tbsp honey
- Pinch of sea salt
Put all in the fridge & enjoy - make sure they are kept in the fridge or the coconut oil with melt and go all gooey (although this is also seriously yummy!) Also try with a side of ice cream to make into a dessert, I have used Salted Caramel Oppo Ice cream (you just cant go wrong there!)
When I make these, I batch make them and freeze them so I always have a health treat to hand if I am on the go. Just take them out as you please and allow enough time to let them to defrost.
