Peanut Butter and Jelly Dark Chocolate Cups

You honestly can't go wrong with these! Anyone that knows me knows my obsession and pure love for all kinds of nut butters (and Reece's cups if I want a treat!). These were actually inspired by my beautiful friend Steph (@healthychefsteph) and I just had to make my own and now I MUST share them with you all too..


  • 300g 85% Dark Chocolate
  • 1 Tbsp Coconut Oil
  • Nut Butter (I used PNB but you can all kinds as they would all be tastey!)
  • Strawberry Jelly or Jam

How to?

Melt half the dark chocolate and coconut oil in a heat proof bowl over hot water on the hob. Make sure you stir this regularly so it doesn't burn. Once melted pour some into cupcake cases (I used the rubber reusable ones) and pop into the freezer to set for 20-30 minutes.

Next add in the PNB and jam and freeze again for 30 minutes. Then melt the rest of the chocolate and cover until all the PNB and jam is hidden. Freeze for a final time for around 30 minutes and then ENJOY... just try not to eat them all at once!!!

I hope, in fact I know you will enjoy them just as much as me - remember to keep them in the fridge or freezer so the don't go all gooey and melt.. although they are delicious like this too!
