Salted Caramel and Dark Chocolate Quinoa Bites


A Sunday afternoon creation with one mission in mind.. create something totally delicious that tastes totally decadent but is healthy and here they are! Even better, they only contain 7 ingredients!!

Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups Cooked Quinoa
  • 1/2 cup coconut flour
  • 2-3 ripe bananas
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 Dark Chocolate
  • 1/2 Cup Salted Caramel Fudge**
  • Pinch Sea Salt
  • 1-2 Tsp Cinnamon

How to?

Pre heat the oven to 180degrees and lay out some baking paper onto a baking tray ready to pop your bites straight on there.

Whizz up (I used my Nutribullet) the bananas, eggs, cinnamon and salt.

Then slowly mix together the cooked quinoa (make sure this is cooled or the chocolate will melt but this will equally be yummy!) and the coconut flour followed by the banana mix. Then fold in the salted caramel fudge** and broken chocolate chunks!

Spoon the mix onto the baking paper (around 2 tsp per bite) and pop into the oven for 12-15 minutes and simply, enjoy!!

These are seriously moorish and taste totally naughty when they are really are not!! They are little bites of pure heaven!!
